            My Tapplock lite is having difficulties connecting to the App via Bluetooth. Help!

            There are a few things you can try to help you connect your lock to the app:
            • Restart the Tapplock App and try connecting again
            • Disconnect any additional Bluetooth devices that are currently connected to your phone and try connecting again (Devices can be: smart home, smart watch, Bluetooth headset, wireless speakers)
            • Try another WiFi source or Internet source
            • Make sure you've given the Tapplock App the correct permissions.

            If you are still having trouble connecting your Tapplock lite to your account, please submit a support ticket.
