Using Tapplock lite
My Tapplock lite is having difficulties connecting to the App via Bluetooth. Help!
There are a few things you can try to help you connect your lock to the app:
App and try connecting again
Disconnect any additional Bluetooth devices that are currently connected to your phone and try connecting again (Devices can be: smart home, smart watch, Bluetooth headset, wireless speakers)
Try another WiFi source or Internet source
Make sure you've given the
App the correct permissions.
