My Tapplock one is having difficulties connecting to the Tapplock App via Bluetooth
There are a few things you can try to help you connect your lock to the app:
Restart the Tapplock App and try connecting again
Disconnect any additional Bluetooth devices that are currently connected to your phone and try connecting again (Devices can include: smart home, smart watch, Bluetooth headset, wireless speakers, etc.)
Try another WiFi source or Internet source
Make sure you've given the TapplockApp the correct permissions.
