Please note, a Tapplock that has not been properly deleted from an account will be unable to pair with a new account. Tapplock must be deleted from its original account before it can pair to another. Since the lock needs to be paired to the original account in order for it to be deleted, you will need to contact the original lock owner to take the lock and arrange deletion.
Once the original owner has the Tapplock in their possession, have them follow the instructions below:
- Open and log in to your account on the Tapplock App
- Connect your lock to your account
- Select the connected lock on the app screen
- Select "Setting" on the lock's profile page
- Select "Delete"
