Please note that Tapplock can only be paired to one account at a time. If you wish to have someone take ownership of your lock, it must first be deleted (see below) from your account. Once deleted the new owner can add the lock to their own account.
To delete Tapplock from an account:
- Open and log in to your account on the Tapplock App
- Connect your lock to your account
- Select the connected lock on the app screen
- Select "Setting" on the lock's profile page
- Select "Delete"
