October 23, 2020 Update:
iOS and Android users, please download and update your Tapplock app to the latest version available (3.7.1 for Android, 3.3.1 for iOS). Once updated, put your Tapplock into Bluetooth mode and go to Lock Repair under the Settings tab.

If you are experiencing issues connecting your Tapplock one to your account, such as registering fingerprints, unlocking from the device, and reading the battery level please note we our team is aware of this issue and are working on a fix at this time.
