We're a small team of knowledgable and eager people, who are ready to answer your questions and resolve any Tapplock issues you might have.
We do not offer telephone support for the following reasons:
- We would be unable to offer the same level of support over the phone. Often, videos, photos and screenshots need to be shared, and email works best for this.
- We are able to instantly check your order/account without needing to put you on hold.
- The use of online support channels allows us to your information and support history in one spot, ensuring that we have a detailed account of our interactions with you. Nobody likes having to repeat themselves in explaining a situation because they received a different support person the next time they call.
