When setting up your Tapplock App account for the first time, you should be asked for a "Verification Code".
If you are being asked for an "Invitation Code" it means you have incorrectly installed the Tapplock Enterprise App for businesses.
Please delete this app, and install the Tapplock App
- Select the "Sign Up" button at the bottom of your screen
- Enter the email address you wish to register with the Tapplock App
- You will now be asked for the Verification Code that has been emailed to the address entered
- Enter the 4 digit Verification Code in your email's inbox
- You will now be directed through the rest of the sign up process on the Tapplock App
- If you are unable to locate the Verification Code email, please double check your Spam/Junk folder.
- If you still have not received your email, submit a support ticket and our agents will provide you with assistance.
