If you are finding your Tapplock one is having difficulty connecting to your account, and you have tried updating your app, with no luck, we do have a feature called "Lock Repair" which will allow you to reset your Tapplock one to the factory settings.
To use:
1. Open and log into your account on the Tapplock App
2. Select "Setting" on the bottom right hand corner of the home page
3. Select "Lock Repair"
4. Put your Tapplock one into Bluetooth mode by pressing the power button twice
5. Press "Repair"
The app will then go into repair mode and you will see a repair hammer animation until complete.
