There are a few things you can try to help you connect your lock to the app:
- Restart the Tapplock App and try connecting again
- Disconnect any additional Bluetooth devices that are currently connected to your phone and try connecting again (Devices can include: smart home, smart watch, Bluetooth headset, wireless speakers, etc.)
- Try another WiFi source or Internet source
- Make sure you've given the Tapplock App the correct location and app permissions.
