Tapplock one is certified IP66 waterproof. However, some rain conditions surpass the IP66 standards (soaking conditions pushing towards IP67). Tapplock one is safe to use outdoors in various climates, including rain. Tapplock one is susceptible to damage if water enters the unit while in the unlocked position.
Please make sure to wipe down your Tapplock one before unlocking to avoid water entering your lock!
